Australian Lamb Rump

The cut from above the ‘leg’ cut from lambs that have been grain fed for 60 days prior to slaughter. This gives a very high quality meat with a mild flavour. Suitable for grilling, roasting or ‘butterflying’ and barbequing, also excellent in stews and curries.

Our lamb is ‘Aurora Lamb’ from Tasmania. A boutique operator,  Aurora lamb is a premium product combining traditional and progressive farming methods. Our lambs are grazed on the best natural grains and drink the purest Tasmanian water.
